Jeremy Wintroub, EVP, Global Head of Production Strategy
Jeremy leads the development and execution of creative operations, production strategy, and production delivery strategy at ICP. Wintroub joined ICP after a nearly 20-year career at NBC Universal where he was most recently VP, Head of Creative Operations at NBCU’s Streaming Unit, Peacock. Over the course of his career, Wintroub built and operated creative operations and production teams leveraging a mix of internal talent, emerging technology, and the world's foremost partners and agencies. At ICP, Wintroub’s role responds to a growing demand for scaled marketing and commercial content strategies powered by personalization, customization, automation, and delivery at scale in a connected infrastructure supporting supply, production, and distribution.
Christopher Grakal, CEO
In his role as CEO, Christopher works across the global ICP team to inspire and steward the continued growth of ICP as a leader in Content Operations. With over 20 years’ experience at Warner Bros. and Turner Broadcasting, followed by 4 years at the helm of ICP Americas, Christopher’s career has been defined by enabling organizations to deliver operating efficiencies and innovation in marketing, all whilst maximising market impact. Christopher’s mantra and passion throughout his career has been to align technology solutions with people and process. He inspires an innovative and customer-centric approach to enhancing clients’ marketing operations set alongside a dedication to every employee’s personal and professional development.
Kristen Martini, Global Head, Client Services
As Global Head of Client Services, Kristen brings +30 years’ experience in Creative Operations, Client Services and C-Suite business leadership across global Advertising and Content Agencies. Prior to joining ICP in November 2020, Kristen spent 10 years within the WPP holding company, reimagining production operational models and innovating new ways of working, enabling Agencies to better compete and deliver on content creation requirements for speed, quality and cost management. Kristen has worked closely with client Marketing, Technology and Procurement leadership to build, optimize and scale their own in-house teams in line with achieving their internal business goals.
Steve Bevilacqua, Client Development Lead, Americas
Steve is a Client Development Lead for ICP with over 23 years of experience in marketing technologies and creative operations. While acting as the PMO director for a large full-service creative agency he gained inside knowledge on the creative process and marketing technologies. Later as an independent consultant, he worked with establishing various market technology roll-outs and adoption programs for Fortune 500 companies. Steve has significant expertise in the entertainment industry, working with Warner Bros, NBCU and Disney.
