Nearly 400k assets were processed in 2022 alone by ICP librarian teams. This provides quality assurance, data enrichment against agreed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), globally, at scale. It’s about insuring the discoverability of content, high levels of data accuracy and completeness, leading to strong user adoption and satisfaction.
