This provides a highly responsive user service for guidance and support for a range of tasks from the day-to-day needs to technical troubleshooting. This reduces the burden on client and vendor product and technical teams, ensuring the most positive view of the programme.

1200+ training sessions were carried out for Sitecore deployments in 2022. These drive user confidence in carrying out day to day tasks resulting in strong adoption. They build confidence so that subject matter experts (such as ICP librarian teams) remain continuously ready and proactive in sharing up to date guidance and best practice in support of user communities.
